At KSDA, we aim to provide a transparent and user-friendly experience. However, we understand that there may be instances where a refund is required. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

1. Refund Eligibility Window

• Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours from the time of payment.
• Requests received after this window will not be eligible for a refund under any circumstances.

2. User Activity Verification

• All refund requests are subject to verification of the user’s activity on the platform.
• If the user has logged into their account and downloaded the Registration Certificate, ID Card, or any other digital document, the refund request will be automatically rejected.

3. Refund Request Procedure

• Refund requests must be formally submitted via email to support@ksda.in or kalyansda@gmail.com.
• The subject line should be: Refund Request – [Your Full Name & Order ID].
• Refund requests must include:
  • Full name
  • Registered email ID
  • Order ID / Transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund

4. Refund Processing Time

• Once verified and approved, refunds will be processed within 7 to 15 working days from the date of receiving the complete request via email.

5. Mode of Refund

• Refunds will be issued only to the original source of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, net banking, wallet).
• If the original payment mode is inactive, unavailable, or does not support reverse transactions, the user must:
  • Provide an alternate bank account,
  • Submit valid and verifiable documentation (such as a cancelled cheque or bank statement showing name and account details).

6. Alternate Refund Process

• The alternate refund process (if applicable) must be completed within 30 days from the date KSDA informs the user about the insufficiency of original payment mode.
• Failure to provide accurate details or documentation within this period may result in cancellation of the refund request.
